You would think the fact that they’re both at the school now would give them some opportunities for talking… but Legacy seems way too focused on fighting and WatXM is too focused on too much… lol
True. I feel like Bobby rarely gets respect in the X-office. They still treat him like 16 year kid he was when the X-Men first appeared. :/
I know, right? I feel like they’re exploring his potential though, there was that very good one-shot in X-Nation for him, and then there’s the bad-assery that was the AoA Bobby.
Also Carey’s run, second coming, and more. I don’t know why they keep regressing him.
Same goes for Sam. He’s proven time and time again that’s he X-man material by leading the New Mutants and cables X-Force, but the first chance he got to join the main X-team they wrote him look goober awe-struck noob who could barely tie his own shoes. :/
Oh I know! Poor Sam! I loved how they wrote him in Second Coming: Limbo, but now he’s just back in the shadows again, pretty much just flying around and worrying about Paige.
Now last time Rogue had a team, it had both Sam and Bobby on it and they both got decent screentime and their commradarie was fantastic. WHY CANT WE HAVE THAT AGAIN?
Marvel won’t let us. lol Mike Carey mentioned in an interview (one of his last) that he wanted to continue his Supernova’s team, but because of changes to the x-line. There wasn’t anyway to keep the team together and have it make sense. D:
