The random idea I got was them wrapping Christmas gifts for all of Magneto’s offspring and Rogue’s wrapping Lorna’s gift or something and then suddenly being all like “oh man this is so awkward” and Mags just laughing at her. 

It’s all sketchy!  I don’t know why I liked it all sketchy, but it’s all sketchy.  I’ll draw you extra fluff or something to make up for the lack of quality, Elena. XD <3  But I hope this is something along the lines of what you had in mind!

I LOVES IT… seriously it made me laugh out loud, you caught their facial expressions perfectly! XD XD XD

And no worries about lack of quality… you can just do something super nice for my birthday. ;) (which is in a month….)

My 2012

Here I am, finishing out 2012 with the flu. It’s ironic, really, since overall my health has improved drastically this year, but there it is. Still, I was #4 in my family to get it, which is quite an improvement from being #1.

2012 has been a good year though. In addition to the health stuff, I made major leaps in my careers as a freelance costumer and writer. I’ll be uploading a post of all my costumes from this year soon on Confessions of a Seamstress - watch for it! And of course, on the writing front there is my installment of Chesterton Press’s “The Ruah Chronicles”.

Speaking of Confessions of a Seamstress, although I only started it 18 months ago, it proved enormously popular, with my posts on Downton Abbey and Once Upon a Time costumes scoring more than 20,000 hits each. My mind still can’t comprehend this!

It’s okay hon, it sounds like you’re a pretty strong introvert, for whom all those things are normal. (I’m in the club as well!)

This is a fact. lol  I used to get really nervous about interacting with people and talking on the phone, or talking to people I didn’t know.  But high school and my job forced me out of that (and going to cons helped because WOW, HUGS EVERYWHERE).

I still don’t care much for talking on the phone, but it isn’t a thing that is nerve wracking anymore, which is really beneficial.  lol

The definition of being an introvert is that you get re-energized from spending time alone. (Extroverts get re-energized from spending time with people). I wish this was more generally known, so that people could learn this about themselves and stop beating themselves/others up for not being the life of the party every second of every day. 

Personal example story: I have to function like an introvert because of my hearing loss and chronic health issues - social situations are stressful and tiring. However if I go more than a couple of days without friends, I get depressed. So unless I magically get my hearing back and my health is perfect, I probably won’t ever know whether I’m ‘really’ an introvert or extrovert.

My first reaction: CUTE My second: Um… why on earth would they draw it so Kitty’s boobs are literally smooshed against Ororo’s crotch? CREEPY.

Kitty fell forward out of her chair to hug Ororo who was standing. When you take that into consideration the pose makes sense.

Yes, but it could have been framed differently so it wasn’t so obvious and weird.
